Fluid off-takes and complex delivery ducts are common in many engineering systems but designing them can be a challenging task. At the conceptual design phase system parameters open to consideration preliminary studies necessary instruct conceptualisation process an iterative development of ideas. This paper presents simple methodology parametrically design, explore optimise such at low cost. The method is then applied aerodynamic including off-take followed by duct. A selection nine input variables explored via fractional factorial approach that consists three individual seven-level cubic designs.
